What should I prepare for the first visit?
Just bring your ID (passport for overseas patients). The first visit is a psychiatric outpatient assessment of about 30 minutes covering your main concerns, duration and history, followed by an intervention plan.
How do I make an appointment?
Call 027-82848413 or use our official WeChat account. It helps to briefly describe your situation so we can arrange the right assessment direction. Hours: Mon–Sun 09:00–17:00, with evening slots on weekdays.
Is treatment covered by insurance?
The hospital is a non-profit private non-enterprise medical institution; all services are self-pay. Published prices apply and are confirmed before treatment.
How much does counseling cost?
Individual counseling starts from 600 CNY per 50-minute session, priced by counselor level (senior-level pricing follows the on-site published list). Outpatient psychometric tests start from 80 CNY per person; AI-assisted assessment from 220 CNY per session. Full fee list: Fee reference (EN).
Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes — adolescent anxiety, school refusal and family communication are core outpatient directions, with non-drug options prioritized after assessment.
Is my information kept confidential?
Clinical records follow medical confidentiality rules; case material is used for training/research only in fully anonymized form.
Do you prescribe medication?
Our psychiatrists can provide medication evaluation when clinically indicated; the outpatient clinic also runs a dedicated physical intervention center (opened June 2026) for patients who prefer or require drug-free options — rTMS from 360 CNY per session, tDCS from 160 CNY.
Do you offer sessions in English?
Some counselors have overseas training backgrounds. When booking, tell us your language preference and we will match you accordingly; a family member or interpreter may also attend adolescent sessions.
Can overseas or out-of-town patients be seen remotely?
Appointment and triage can be handled by phone or WeChat from anywhere; however, the first psychiatric assessment and all non-drug treatments (rTMS/tDCS) must be done as an in-person outpatient visit. Please confirm follow-up arrangements with the outpatient clinic when booking.
Where is the hospital and how do I get there?
No. 176 Shengli Street, Jiang'an District, Wuhan, near Dazhi Road Metro Station (Lines 1 and 6). The hospital has been operating at this site since the January 2026 integration.
